Refund policy

Because you hear a free preview and approve your lyrics before you pay, songs are generally not refundable once unlocked.

When we will help

• The full song doesn't play, is cut off or has a technical fault.
• The full song is clearly different from the preview you approved.
• You were charged twice for the same song.

In these cases email hello@songiftly.com within 14 days with your song link, and we will fix the song or refund you. This does not limit any rights you have under your local consumer law.
