These terms cover your use of Songiftly (songiftly.com). By creating a song you agree to them.

What we provide

Songiftly creates personalised songs from the story you share. Lyrics are drafted with AI and you can edit them. Music and vocals are produced with AI music tools. Each account gets one free preview; the full song is unlocked with a one-time payment.

Your content

• Only share details you have the right to share, and nothing hateful, harassing or illegal.
• Do not ask us to imitate real artists or reproduce existing songs.
• We may refuse or remove songs that break these rules.

Using your song

Songs are for personal use as gifts: you may play, download and share them privately or on your personal social media. Commercial use (selling, streaming distribution, advertising) is not included.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner. See our refund policy for what happens if something goes wrong.

Liability

Songiftly is provided as is. AI-generated music can vary in quality, which is why you hear a preview before paying. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the song.
